Brain and Spine Problems

Im feelin lightheadedness and headache for a month now have taking medicine but it didn't help so consultant to a doctor and diagnosed me with OCD and TTH. I don't think it's a right diagnosis i just want my headache and lightheadedness to go away but when i eat the medicine i dont feel good it feel so woozy and confused. Do you think it's a right diagnosis or not please let me know.

I am getting headache specially at back of head, back neck pain and pain in ear also pain in mouth for the last 5 days and also get pain in side and front of head . When I press a point at back of neck it pains. I took naxdom, rejunex cd3 and pantocid as prescribed by a neurologist but the pain isn't relieving.What is happening please tell ??

My father's left hand is shaking & numbness in left side for 3-4 mnths Consulted a physician & got to know its a Parkinson diseases was on this medication Pan 40, Atrova 40mg, Ecosprin, & Strocit Plus, Tab Etrobax for pain No improvement in 45 days so added Tab Pasitane 4mg, we couldnt find 4 mg so giving 2 tablets for 2mg each, Doctor advised once at nigth, due to miscommunication in family we gave twice a day 4mg, that is overdose for 3 days. From that time We have noticed his hand stops shaking 80% but He is forgetting things, talking to himself & looks confused, not talking much, slight change in tone while speaking, difference in walk from 2 days. please advise what to do. should be stop medicine for few days and restart at nigth or go with lower dose for 2mg at nigth & contuine. he is non debetic & bp goes up & down use cetanil 10mg. all blood reports ,USG, ECG and 2D came normal. Please advise. Thank You.

I have been getting recurring headaches from past 3-4 months..and was taking pain killers.sometimes it's in left hand side of head and sometimes it's in right side. This time it's back of the head near the oscipital area and it's slightly swollen yesterday night I was having chills with motion 3 times and back of the head starting from left ear to back of the head it was having congestion and pain in the swollen oscipital area it was going through back bones.please suggest.i was feeling feverish but when I measure the temperature it was normal.i was not able to sleep with the pain in the neck and ear and stretching jaw

Sir, Iam suffering from sharp nerve pain on scalp, daily nerves on my scalp are pulling I feeling like something injury causes to my nerves, Iam getting very scared even though Iam using antidepressants and clonazepam medication on neurologist consultation but no improvement in my condition please help how to overcome this problem sir

I am having pain in ring and little finger side of the arm till elbow on both hands. Pain is occasional, but little weakness is always there. Half of hand gets numb if I rest on little finger side palm in sleep. If I shake the hand, it gets normal. Generally my work is  on computer whole day. These symptoms are there for a month. Please suggest tablets.

Is it because of overdosed, I searched online many doctors giving 2 mg, we should give 2 mg or 4 mg. Now we thougth of stopping that pasitane for few days & then start only at nigth so confused should we go with 2mg or 4mg. Kindly advise what we should do in this situation. Thank you
