Body Vibrating - I Have Body Vibration And Head Swaying Like

I have body vibration and head swaying like sensation for past one month. My Neurologist advised me to take MRI and MRV scan. I got the impression as attached. Please advise what it would be.

Nothing significant on scan. Check Vit B12 levels. Do yoga. Meditation
