Persistent pins and needles like sensation on foot . What could be the reason ? Is their permanent cure for this ?

Have had years of headache even before developing symptoms for cervical. I get headache and neck stiffness every other day... Minimum twice a week. The pain travels through my shoulder/neck to my head.

Is typhoid vaccine to a sugar patient is risky ?? If she having an irresistable pain in back of head and spine .
