Lower back pain
I am having lower back pain from last 8 months oriented form a point on right side and do not transmit anywhere .xray was fine but there found posterior bulge of level L4-5 intervertebral disc in MRI.plz suggest me relevant exercise .i m attaching report of my MRI SCAN .thanks

Is the pain only ion lower back? No pain in legs? Start by reducing weight and avoid any weight lifting from ground. Use proper back posture with back support Avoid 2/3 wheeler
Next Steps
If this doesn’t give relief start back Physio with muscle training.
