Dysarthria trouble in speaking
I'm 25 , male...face a Problem off Dysarthria...since 5 years . I can't able to speak a single word with a proper mouth and tounge movements. Plz help me and get me a cures of these kide off disease

You were perfectly fine prior to five years? Then get evaluated by doctor and need to find out the cause.
Did u get ENT check up ? If not that too is required.
