Brain and Spine Problems

I am 23 F, MBBS student.I am having continuous headache and heaviness since the past 20 days. I have fulness of ears from the past 2 days. I took Naproxen and beta blocker but it didn't help. It is not associated with nausea and vomiting. Sleep, bowel, appetite is normal. I am also doing yoga regularly. Nothing have changed. During this lockdown period it is not possible for me to go and visit a doctor and do the evaluations. What should I do?

She fell down and broke her hip bone last November and had a surgery. Post surgery she has lost her sense of urinating and passing motion. Without urine bag she cannot pass urine. She passes motion without her knowledge and she is not able to control her bowel movements. We have already checked with a urologist and he said that this could be a neurological problem. Can this be cured? If so, how? Her other senses are fine.

My mother suffered from a brain hemorrhage in Nov 2019 post which she went with physiotherapy and blood pressure control prescription. He had the bleeding on the left side of the brain. She has physically recovered well but she complains about having no sleep or having slept but not feeling rested. She has been prescribed sleeping pills that puts her to sleep but she still does not feel rested. Is there anything as a doctor you would suggest we should do to address this. Thanks

I often get severe headache! It feels like something is moving inside my head! I can feel my head pulsating. The pain is so severe that I puke everything i eat. The pain worsens when i watch TV / Mobile. Pulsating feeling worsens when i stand up! This pain lasts for 2-3 days! This pain is associated with constipation!

Since from 4 days i am suffering from pain in my both legs from "waist to feet" and during 1st day of pain i was even not able to sit sleep walk nothing because it was paining and now after 3 days pain is reduced but if i am walking even for 1min legs are slightly paining and if i am standing then also it is. May i know the cause behind this? Because this is the 1st time i am suffering from this Recently i have started walking for around 1hour daily and after that suddenly this started to happen please let me knw why it is happening ?

My mother having problem in ribs since last 2 months so doctor prescribed some medicines out of which one is gabaneuron her problem is now cured but from few days she is having dizziness and headache and weakness is this medicine side effects what to do?

Feeling dizziness from past one week no fever, went to nearby clinic they did not check bp since it involves close interaction and told me to get bp machine at home and get it checked and  they told I may have bppv and gave tablets for that this is 2nd day I am taking the tablate no sign of improvement (still I have not checked bp) how much time vertigo tablet will take to show improvement sign they have given 5 day course (daily morning one vertigo tablet and another tablet 2 times per day for 3 days for ear infection).Do I have to check my bp immediately.

BRAIN MRI IS VERY DIFFICULT FOR ME TO DO WHICH TEST CAN REPLACE BRAIN MRI ...eeg CAn??? or any other easy test for brain

Asking for 61 yr old female with no prior medical history.. Observing few behaviour changes for a week now.. Looks like restless, feared, unnecessary worries and imaging things.. Consulted psychiatrist who asked to take MRI Brain plain.. MRI Report as of yesterday - Focal T12/T12 flair Hyperintensity which may represent small vessel ischemic changes.. Psychiatrist had given the following tablets for 10 days Ativan 2 Mg at night and Sizodon - twice a day.. And said with these tablets, patient should be ok.. started the tablet2 days back and these tablets is making drizzy... wanted to check if we need to consult neurologist or any further treatment is required for the MRI impressions.. Highly worried.. Please advise.

My mom has been recently diagnosed with Angina ,where there is 20% blockage is left artery which is being treated with medicines. She is also taking Nervigen P, after she took this, she experienced losing of balance which was on very first day after taking the tablet, later on, she experiences little pain in leg, and occasionally taking support while walking after long day of working in kitchen. What may be causing the occasional pain in legs and being able to take support while walking at nights. Morning she will be able to walk fine, but later on her legs start to experience less pain or make her to take support while walking. Again the next day, she will be able to walk properly.
