Brain and Spine Problems

I m suffering from many problems since last two years. Trigger thumb both hands, cortisone shot by orthopedics Knee problem condro knee as per physiotherapists Regular physiotherapy for 4 montgs, My pain in whole body, it is like not exactly at joints but near the joints. (Hands, calfs, along the shin, ankles , shoulders and in forearms). I sometimes fell restlessness in my legs and sole of my feet and often heavy hands and fingers at night back to normal in the morning. My physiotherapists said it is nerves problem. Kindly suggest

I am experiencing pain in back of head, neck and shoulders. Also stiffness in backbone and pain in waist. i feel stiffness in neck on both sides below ears when I move my neck to any side. i am suffering from weakness and tiredness all the time. after lunch or dinner i feel vibration in hands and feets. stiffness and pain in neck and beck. not able to even focus on work or even on daily tasks which should be normal. i also experienced sudden drop in my blood glucose last week 2 times when i felt that i am not Even able to stand on my own. blood sugar recorded on my glucometer at home was 42 and 45. i am non diabetic and not taking any medicine.

I have lower jaw pain under the ear, had swelling, ear pain for more than 2 months. Been to different doctors and no definite answer yet. Went to TMJ specialist last week and he said I have TMJD. I have pain in the ear, lower jaw, under the ear area, neck and shoulder. They said it's related to a muscle issue and I have to take treatment for tmjd. I have removed my upper wisdom tooth a month back. The extraction site is healed. I have sore pain on one spot on the head. Right side of the head above the ear. It hurts to touch and feel sore. It hurts whenever I open mouth or while talking.  Hurts only on the right side. Is it related to tmjd? Or any nerve issue? I have lower jaw pain and Swelling since may. I have started neck pain from June. The head pain is for past 3 weeks. No headache. Just sore pain on that side of the head. Is it anything related to upper wisdom tooth removal or TMJD or any nerve issue? I removed the upper wisdom tooth 4 weeks back. Any thoughts doctor?

My Dad is having knee pain since a month. Orthopedic suggested MRI. The report shows cervical compression myelopathy due to indentation in spinal cord. How to get it cured?
