Ringing sound in left ear
I got period after almost 3 months,( On 15th of July) From that time experiencing some electrical clill sensation on scalp, tingling on face below eyebrows and lips (called neurosurgeon 8 days back and told him the same he prescribed me nuhenz for 15 days and asked me to meet after that) now electrical chill sensation and tingling have reduced 50 to 60 % And because of cold weather I kept cotton for 3 days continuously to ears now I hear some kind of ringing sound in my left ear when am in silent space Note -also had gum bleeding in front teeths and went to dentist for cleaning she said inflammation was tr...she cleaned it Attached blood report My vitamin d is very low And tsh level is little higher than the normal range Kindly let me know what could be the reason What should I do next
