Brain and Spine Problems

Dizziness since 45days bewteen this issue feeling the same for 5 to 7 days and automatically feeling good.again it is continuing...any proper medicine for this issue...panicked due to corona...unable to visit hospitals.Is this any serious health or it is curable with medice?

I was very low on vitamin D since March'20 I use to experience joint pains started medicine for that but then I started feeling numbness and burning in my hand legs also started feeling vibration (internal treamors) and bubbling in legs and shoulders. my doctor suggested me to take medicine for vitamin b12 also and practice mediation following for 3 months my level were corrected and in May I stopped medicine. Now,my numbness didn't went complete I use to feel sometimes but since last few days I'm feeling numbness in my head and face . Please suggest. Note- I'm a vegetarian and has a physical disability CEREBRAL PLASY. left side is my strong side

I am suffering from migraine problem from past 5 years. Getting treatment from 6 months  but still suffering. What should I do

My father got operated due to brain hemmorrhage 15 days ago. He was discharge d from the hospital & became unwell at home. So we got him back to the local hospital, after the CT scan, they suspected some infection in the brain due to which he's getting fever and becoming unwell. He was admitted for 4 days again and got discharged now. He was doing all right till day before. His sugar level is showing marginally down . Before food it's between 35 to 60 and after food it's between 60 to 80 since last 2 days. After calling the local doctor, they suggested to reduce the insulin units to 10 from 16 and asked us to stop the sugar tablets for 3 days. Is there any way to get his sugar level right? Attached the tablets he's taking at the moment. We're giving insulin in the night ,after the insulin giving some food as well. Also sugar tablets are given in the morning and 1/2 in the night. Now Doctor suggested to reduce the insulin units to 10 and stop the sugar tablet for 3 days.

My vitamin b12 was 180( lab range 191-993) Took 1500 mg vitamin b12 tablet for 1month shall i contnue or not now Should i get tested once more

Since 6 months I am suffering from finger pain (thumbs and fingers of legs) Whenever I pressed. Please suggest.

From last few months, facing head pain, during working hour... specially after 4pm... 2-3 times in a week. Whenever I was not able to have lunch timely, drink less water, it starts......because I works in sales department, so many times I am on field job. So When it occurs, I feel pain backside of eye one side, feels hotter, then I just want to close eyes and sleep , want escape with light, sometime can not eat properly due to this, if I use disprin then it will reduce after sometime or sleep. It likes migraine symptoms........(my doubt). So please suggest, What should I do...

I am diagnosed with migraine about four months. I am taking betacap tr 40 once a day from first day of treatment  and along with betacap plus 10 for last 15 days. But for 2- 3 days I feel severe headache and pain in back side of head.For pain I took naxdom 500 , but it only give releif for 5-6 hours . Then severe headache and pain in back side of head again starts. Can I take migranil ec tablet for  acute headache and what are the prescribed doses at a day? Please suggest me .

Doctor, since last one year she is suffering from numbness and buring sensation in foot .. now it is spreading to knee. Due to the family conditions we were unable to take her to hospital till now. Now the condition is worse, because she unable to walk properly and feeling painful. Please give your valuable suggestions...
