Brain and Spine Problems

Is migraine a neurogical problem? Is it curable? Which doctor should I consult for migraine? What are the Symptoms of migraine?

I am feeling headache in brain as I feel the nerves are streaching and also I feel the nerves of foot are streaching and currently I am taking medicine of gastritis since 15 days in this I get relief but my headche is starting.

I'm having a severe headache on the below right side since last night. What medicine should I take? I'm using the phone and laptop due to work from home. Please advice.

Yesterday night I was having pain on my right arm which got healed by itself in the morning. The same tingling pain is now happening on my left arm (no pain on right one). I am also having pain on my left cheek while eating. What would be causing it?

I was diagnosed with vitamin D3 deficency in Feb ,had strange symptoms like internal body vibration(tremors) , sudden numbness in hand and legs, burning sensation in palm and feet , bubbling sensation at random body parts like shoulder and back, grinding sensation at left knee joint ,joint n back pains. Though I feel better now but vibration are still there n it's external now very mild but it's there while holding a pen or any object I can sense that.Currently,on medication for Vitamin D3 n B12 it's been 3 months now. Between  mid Feb to mid march I took 4 injection Architol 6L (1/week) but due to lockdown couldn't continue. Minor improvement was there but in Mid April started feeling low and experience symptoms again so consulted another doctor whose medication I'm currently on. It's been a month now how should ai go forward from here? As this mild external tremors ,mild burning sensation in palm n feet are keeping me worried always. (Note - I have cerebral palsy by birth)

Dear Doctor, 7 year ago my father sauffered with paralysis attack. He is recovering nowadays but he is having speak problem he can't speak clearly. His right hand is not working but it have blood flow. He can walk with a stick and go up and down in stairs. Sometimes also help in household work. His physiotherapy is going in Military Hospital Jabalpur. He is retired from army. I want him to get well soon. He is still on medication. We tried ayurvedic medicines and allopathy as well. But nothing much changed since than. My other feed him. Sometimes he is really aggressive for no reason. I don't know what to do

I get headache every once in 2-3 days from last one year . The intensity is unbearable sometimes. It doesn't stop until I take painkillers ( right now I take diclogem) with headache I don't feel nauseous or weakness or anything..it's just headache.

Some exercise and yoga that can help in curing the paralysis and some suggestions for it to be fit and fine
