Brain and Spine Problems

Taking treatment for last 6 months..last few months not able to get up and climb stairs.. Suggest me what I have to do to improve myself..any exercises and food menus..

I can not sleep, the mind goes on always there is heaviness in the middle of the head, it seems as if something is cooking inside it always hurts.

I am feeling bleeding sensation at rigt side face from yesterday noon. This bleeding sensation is coming at interval of few minutes. Only on right side face. I am suffering from hereditary sperotocysis and taking folic acid tablet. My Vitamin B12 level is 354. Please assist. No head pain. Only mild headache.

I usually got headache on either side of the head at the time of wake up and when I face sunlight or warm climate or after playing any outdoor game during summers I face headache at mid . Headache occurs mainly in summers.I am facing this problem since last 9 years . I tried many medical treatment but not got relief yet. Please recommend for better treatment or medicine.

I normally have headache every week or can say once a week and it remains whole day until I won't sleep it won't go. This time it is for continuous three days. I have headache like right side first day, second middle head and today it's on left side. I cannot concentrate on anything it's bothersome. Cannot do anything and eyes also felt having pain.

Can we take supplements for vitamin B12 and Alpha-lepoic acid normally or if we workout? How much dose for a day?

From past 4-5 days, I was feeling twitching in my left hand biscep muscle very aggresively just like a heart beat which felt only around bed time while resting and continued for 30-40 mins and then today at mid night at around 4 a.m. I felt uncomfortable and woke up and was felling little numbness (no pain) in left hand (specially forehand area). I was feeling like I have less strenght in my left hand though I could move my hand as I wish but there is some numbness I was feeling. I have a habbit of sleeping on my hand because of which sometimes I had experienced full blood cloth like situation when I woke up and found that for some good 30-40 seconds I had lost my full control over my entire hand (from shoulder to finger) and then as blood start flowing again from shoulder towards finger, I slowly gain control over my hand. That time I can feel blood movement and my brain gaining control over my hand again. Is this normal? Can you please help on my issue. Any advise please.

Tumor is approx 4cm, what to do in this case. Is surgery essential or only giving medicine to her . 3 to 4 attacks comes during last year

Take treatment for last 6montha and now in few months not able to walk and getup and taking food..checked bp its morning 110/70 and evening it is 105/68..blood sugar(rbs)ugar 188.. Not able to hold things on hand in mild .. Suggest improvement and exercises and food habits..what I  have to do for that?
