Brain and Spine Problems

Hello, I am having a continuous running nose from 3 years with sneezes. I was diagnosed to have eosinophilia and was prescribed for medicines. Then after I am taking precautions to be keep away from dust, cleaning, cold bath, head showers etc. From last two weeks I am staying indoors safely. But, I have observed whenever I wakeup, my nasal cavity is completely filled with mucus (watery content mostly) which I am blowing out through nose. Literally, I have no cold either. I suppose it could be cerebri spinal leak. I would like to know whether there are any further diagnosis procedures to confirm it or any treatment required for it. Thank you.

In 2018 Jan firstly I got lower back ache on left side and after some days it radiated to hip ,groin ,knee to toe .After a week pain started from neck to shoulder , arm and upper back too. Same is repeated on right side . I didn't get the swelling on any part and I don't have any stiffness. Pain is not continuous , it comes and goes.Pain worsen if sitting and standing for more than 10 mins , bending and chopping vegetables.My thyroid levels are normal and I don't have period problems .Here I attached my MRI report. I have taken calcium and vitamin D tablets too.But my pain increases day by day. I'm unable to sleep because of this pain as it worsens in the night. Does my problem has any cure.

Sir I am suffering from TB Meningitis from 5 months.now am continuing ATT 3 . before I have taken ATT 4 for 3 months. Dexamethasone 4mg gradually stopped.but now suddenly neck shiftness & headache.what I do.please give me a suggestion

I have some teeth gum issues but no pain at gums.now I am having facial pain at eyes nose and jaw.does this pain because of gums or any nuerological issues. Please advise

Dear sir/madam, I am experiencing the following symptoms: 1) I start feeling as though as if I am going to loose balance when I start walking 2) I am having tingling sensation on left side of head at times 3) I am feeling as though as if a drop of water has fallen on my skin but there is no water 4) I am not able to sleep properly. These symptoms are persistent for the last 5 days.

My mother 75 years diabetic, bedridden for 6 months is unable to to sleep at night gets hallucination of something touching or kept on her. Feels bones poke bed so cant sleep. Sleeps in daytime. On giving more salt in food, fruit juice coconut water became better. Is it related to salt or electrolytes imbalance. Since 2 months she lost lot of weight muscle fat and unable to sit, walk. As diabetes since 2008 and knee problem 2017. Very fearful of change, depressed not opening eyes. But memory is powerful.

Pain in legs as cramps ,pain ankles, toes ,arms , hands  and finger pain with  lower back pain Body is becoming numb

Hi Doc,from past one year am fainting without my knowledge after taking enough precautions to avoid it like am eating time to time,taking multi vitamin tablets and after fainting people will talk to me and i feel like they are talking to me in my dream,and it's happening often I don't know why

I have migraine with headache,vertigo, dizziness and loss of balance. Can I take betacap tr 40 and topiramate 25 both  one a day ?
