Brain and Spine Problems

I have problem with whit matter in brain in my MRI results taken by 2016 November but why show white matter I don't know I have a problem with epilepsy in past almost 15 year before but now any issue my weight is 80kg my hight is 5.5 my cholesterol levels 256 my bp is 140/100 how to recover from all last 2 years pain in neck shoulder arm I think I use mobile lot I use it late night Please help me with nesseary madician and exercises  and home remedies

My father has case of brainstroke 2 days before. This is his MRI report,pls give me information and suggestion about the disease.

Past 4 days severe wrist pain unable to lift weight or fold wrist and shoulder is paining feeling so pain to my nerves right hand. When the pain coming feeling headache the same side right. Need help for this problem. I'm home maker and unable to work regular activities in home. Having two kids c section surgery for both children.

Light headedness and head ache. Met eye specialist and he gave glasses. Initially felt some relief from headache. But now not working. Some times I feel like falling down due to lightheadedness.

Her headache is not going from last 24hrs.. in this time there's very least doctors available at our area. She is taking saradon for the relief but it isn't working now.

I have problems regarding memory loss... i can not remind some information easily either i stress my brain and after that some time i remember that things. i forget lots of thing that happen early..some places name ..some persons name.

I feel discomfortable since 3 april...back head ache im left side of head...and feels one side of my body is tilts but it becomes normal ..and happens..curenltu i am on medication.everythinh is normal on scan ...simce 7 days there is sweeling in my leg...does this is related to my problem ...any nerve issue as i feel there is something circulating in head to bottom

Hey I slept at 2 am and sudden my phone rang I awake at 5 am 15 days back and hit  2 to 3 vertigo episode back to back very short duration I am on escitalopram 20, and etizola 0.5 tds since 2 years since lockdown my lifestyle is bad late night sleeping and gaming now I am on vertin 8 bd initially tds now I have always fear of vertigo home bound in short hypochondriac feel. today after noon sleep when i sit i feel awful and anxious minor sensation can gives me bad anxiety now m on vertin 8 bd no any associated symptoms like hearing loss gait etc .from past 3 days i started brisk walk too. but again today feel anxious and fear of sitting and walking. kindly guide me

I feel tight nerves in face,headache, pain behind eyes and now im facing neck pain very badly,my MRI report of brain and venogram in normal,eye refractors is 6/6, im facing this problem after suffering from viral arthritis and i got treated to it,i had showed to many doctors but no use please anyone help me

Sir, I was feeling mild tremor in the back right ribs muscle. Yesterday full body was shaking with increased heartbeat. Visited nearby hospital took treatment and done Heart rate, x-ray, CBP with calcium potassium and sodium test etc and found all are normal. They said may be acidity issue and suggested sucralfate, pantop and multivitamin. I was weak from 3-4 months and become worse yesterday. May I know the reason beyond this and suggest what to do next.
