Brain and Spine Problems

Sir/mam, Actually from last few months i have lighteadness in my head. Like i also feel sometime weakness like i feel like faint not fainting but having feeling like faint, but there is no pain in head nothing, sometimes blurred vision and from few days i have pain in my legs very mild pain, so is it some serious issue sir, i am so much worried, and i gone through test blood my vitamin d level is 3, i m taking treatment for vitamin d , is there any serious issue in head

Good afternoon Dr I have diagnosed with vestibular migraine and my symptoms are Imbalance when walking, dizziness,pulsatile tinnitus, nausea, whole body twitches 24/7, stiffness in muscle or spasticity, clicking sound from ears etc... My question is when ever my shoulder is pressed against wall in standing position for support for 20 to 30 sec my hand and fingers start to tingle and all fingers get very close and stiff. I heard that it is a symptom of multiple sclerosis. Could this be multiple sclerosis ?

My bro aged 59 yrs, has diabetic kidney issue and had stroke two yrs back.now his medicine changed n taking nephrosave tablets, his leg swell is fine, had moderate NDPR for left eye too. After he was on pregablin, he sleeps alot and he started forgetting house map. He remebers family members and memory is good but he Searches for bathroom and confused to locate rooms.we stopped pregablin from three days.now his sleep is normal but he is still confused with home and searches for rooms.opens fridge and cupboards thinking its bathroom. His bp is normal now but sugars r still around 350 n on insulin. Please suggest..

I am having a pain in my neck. Only my left arm feels numb and pain so I did MRI of my brain, neck and NCV test to see if there is any problem. The report says my brain is normal but under cervical spine degenerated changes seen. Posterior disc osteophyte complex with C3 -4 and C3-5 level compressing the thecal sac and many things are given in the report which I am unable to interpret it.

Sir from past 2 months I am suffering from balance issue while walking... I feel swaying sensation 24x7 while walking. It has created a lot of disturbance but the sensation has not been increased in past 2 months it's intensity is same. Please help me out . What kind of disease is it ? Is it chronic dizziness (PPPD) or anything else ?

I was diagnosed with vertigo on November 2019 doctor told that u have ear wax very much in your ear so I went to and he removed the ear wax and he said if vertigo comes again you should consult a neurologist . Still I am having same symptoms for past 6 to 7 months . I feel imbalanced when standing and while sitting I experience spinning sensation . Now from past 2 days I am having a bad headache from inside and I am also experiencing shivering of hand . Doctor my age is 17 and I am worried is it a major problem . This problem is creating a lot of inconvenience in my life . I am not able to do any thing. Is it a major problem . Doctor please provide me a right solution to the above problem

Since long time I'm having pain in elbow region and below that not able to hold things feels heavy like fatigue. I do have thyroid issue but what may be the cause.

The little finger of right hand doesn't opens up all of its own after she folds it. There is little pain in the finger as well.

It feels like at times pain after lifting heavy object fatigue and tiredness feeling in hand. I have cholesterol and thyroid problem. Since many years I have leg pain especially behind knee and calf region.

Sir this is second time I'm posting but expressing in full detail.last yeaar October I suffered with severe backpain my MRI shown diss bulge L1- L5 thecal sac compression. I consulted neurosurgeon in Hyderabad Kim's hospital. He did bone scan and x Ray and bone density . All the tests are normal but in x Ray early stage of ostrephytes.he prescribed inflajoint calcium and vitamin D3 and migretaplus for 3 months. At that time I suffered with back leg and headache.after the course from oct 15 to Jan 15.i felt extremely relief and I'm so happy with my doctor.but on March 15 I did journey continuously for 4 days.my left leg is pain at calf muscle at night I thought it Will go away.but it has extended to knee after that recently my back pain started.im unable to sleep even on bed with my back. Pain is extreme at night so that I can't sleep at all.previously I got back pain after that knee pain.but now calf to knee to back. Left leg only becoming weak day by day
