EMG AND MRI LUMBAR SPINE
Kindly tell me what is there in the emg and mri report and what needs to be done for the same..I'm facing problems like pins and needles,tingling etc in right leg,mainly the lower portion..Along with that I'm also getting swelling in legs,left>right,left knee also feels heavy,d-dimer,uric acid all are within normal limits..Is my swelling due to neuro problem or something else..Please help me

Pins and needles and heaviness can occur in neuropathy. MRI findings are not correlating with your symptoms; Swelling over the feet doesn't occur because of neuropathy. Further investigation should be performed like a venous Doppler And the cause of neuropathy should be addressed especially in younger aged people
