Burning sensation on both my legs feet

Asked for Male, 50 Years

My right feet and leg having severe burning sensation since more than a month...i m non daibetic...got my EMG test done...its normal..throid is also normal...should i get my spine MRi done...please advice

Burning sensation in feet could be due to variety of causes. These may range from a simple vitamin defficiency to more serious problems in the spine. You should first of all consult a neurosurgeon or a neurologist. Let him decide the investigations required. mRI may be needed but the doctor has to decide that which part of the spine us to stydied.
