T2/flair hyperintesity

I have been suffering from generalized anxiety disorder for two and half years..I have been having muscle twitching in my whole body..so I have had brain MRI done..and the report says 1:- There are few tiny T2/Flair hyperintesity in left fronto-parietial regions, showing free diffussion on DW image, likely non specific white matter changes. 2:- Brain Parenchyma otherwise appears unremarkable with no evidence of obvious focal lession in the intra-axial or extra-axial compartment elsewhere. 3:- Ventricular system and cisterns are normal. 4:- Bilateral basal ganglia, thalami and internal capsule are normal. 5:- Brainstem appears normal. 6:- Visualized carnial nerves are normal. 7:- Major flow-voids are Visualized. 8:- Cerebellar hemispheres appear unremarkable. IMPRESSION:- MRI Brain reavels no significant abnormality. The first line of report is my cause of concern. my doctor didn't seem to be worried about my report. Is everything fine with me? I am worried.. please help.
