I has CVST. So I am taking blood thinner tablet. after taking warf for 3 weeks I have switched from warf 5 mg to pradaxa 150 . Which blood thinner is better and what precautions can taken while using pradaxa?
Is there any test can be done to avoid bleeding problem?

Warf is time tested but needs blood monitoring by inr
While using these meds one needs to be vigilant regarding black stools or bleeding gums
Also need to tell this before any invasive procedure even an intramuscular injection
To avoid bleeding problem regular follow up with a doctor only can help
