Hi.
I am a diabetic patient. I take glycomet gp 1 twice a day
My HBA1C as on 24th July is 7.3
Average sugar is 162
Fasting is 119
PP 201
BP after taking telma 40 and stamlo 5 is constant at 120/80
Cholesterol is 225. I take Autocor F for it
There is heavy tingling in my palm right after I wake up.
Sometimes I feel light tingling throughout the day.
Please assist

Hi , it looks like carpal tunnel syndrome (entrapment of median nerve at wrist) . More common in diabetic patients. Also do a thyroid profile . Nerve conduction test to be done to confirm .
