Head ache back of head left side
Hi doctor. I am not having enough sleep from 1 year. I get disturbed sleep and sleep for 5 to 6 hours. From last 10 days i m having pain in my eyes.. mostly left eye.. I am having head ache in the back of head behind ear that too only left side...I overthink a lot and mostly having anxiety what happens next and all.. i feel tired most of the times..I had head aches previously too..from many years..i used ayurveda before.. it was good and i didnt get head ache for 6 mnths.then again i got..i used again..and then i am getting again..but this time the way how i mentioned... i use laptop alot for work being sftware engineer..and use mobile more.:-( i also get numbness in hand frequently.. both hands and both legs also i feel like my brain is not in my control while sleeping.. i feel its somewhere when i get up in the mid of night.. even i feel it when i close my eyes and think abt anything..please let me know if its serious and medicine could you please help and let me know what to do..

Since these symptoms are of long duration you may be suffering from a simple primary headache disorder with anxiety.

consult a neurologist for trial of headache and anxiety drug.

avoid stress, triggers including sunlight, fasting if any  and try to get around 7 hours uninterrupted sleep.
