Severe headache
I am 15 years old and during sometime I get severe headache and it's not the normal headache I get it's really stabbing pain on particular region of head or at different parts of head . It seems really heavy and full of pressure. I get into anxiety most of the time .this pain has started from the time I got anxiety. What can it be ?? Can it be tumour??

As u said looks like stress headache if very recent in onset. Most are suffering due to Covid lockdown and new way of life.
Next Steps
Follow simple defined routine. Daily walks. Hydrate Do relaxation exercises like deep breathing.

Avoid electronic devices and TV especially at night just before sleep.

You need to consult a neurosurgeon/neurophysician...  If there is associated vomiting or nausea... You will require and MRI brain and eye testing for papilloedema....
