I am 15 years old and during sometime I get severe headache and it's not the normal headache I get it's really stabbing pain on particular region of head or at different parts of head . It seems really heavy and full of pressure. I get into anxiety most of the time .this pain has started from the time I got anxiety. What can it be ?? Can it be tumour??

You need to consult a neurosurgeon/neurophysician... If there is associated vomiting or nausea... You will require and MRI brain and eye testing for papilloedema....
