Restlessness and heavy hands
I m suffering from many problems since last two years.
Trigger thumb both hands, cortisone shot by orthopedics
Knee problem condro knee as per physiotherapists
Regular physiotherapy for 4 montgs,
My pain in whole body, it is like not exactly at joints but near the joints. (Hands, calfs, along the shin, ankles , shoulders and in forearms).
I sometimes fell restlessness in my legs and sole of my feet and often heavy hands and fingers at night back to normal in the morning.
My physiotherapists said it is nerves problem.
