Fall from cycle - wrist injury

Will this ever heal? Will it ever not pain anymore? It's been 2 months since the injury MRI results: There is evidence of ill defined T1 hypointense and STIR hyperintense area of altered signal intensity seen within the scaphoid bone predominantly in the volar and mid aspect with relative sparing of dorsal aspect along with few hypointense linear signal intensities and cortical irregularity - suggesting acute injury. There is evidence of increased signal and disruption seen within the volar aspect of scapholunate ligament - suggestive of tear. Increased signal is also seen in the region of radioscaphoid capitate ligament - possibly suggesting a tear. STIR hyperintense signal also seen in the region of scaphocapitate ligament - possibly suggesting a tear

Pain in knee

Hi Doctor, To summarise the issue, my mom had an accident long back in 1989 where she had fell off the scooter and hurt her knee, when asked if she had a fracture then she mentioned they hadn't consulted a doctor and it was fixed on its own. Because of this incident probably her knee always pains when the climate changes to monsoon or winter seasons. Post the vaccination she we see that the knee pain has increased and she limps a bit while walking. I have got an x-ray done, could you further advice what can be done to cure the pain? Also can physiotherapy be advised? Attached are the initial reports and xray image for further reference. Regards and thanks in advance!
