Knock Knee Issue
Hello. I am 30year old. I am suffering from knock knees due to which I get pain in both the knees while sitting cross legged, running (sometimes). Identified this issue 1.5years back, have taken MRI and the report also suggested an issue. Is it okay if I do regular lower body exercises, like squats, running, etc?

Yes exercises are ok. What you may need is vitamin d and B12 injections because knock knees happen when your bone growth is not proper due to low vitamin d levels. Get checked up.
Next Steps
consult if needed
Health Tips
take vitamin d injection

Hello Kindly share your weight bearing standing Xray full length Hip-Ankle to assess the alignment, also your clinical photograph of the lower limbs full length and the MRI report. Kindly consult for detailed resolution to your problem.
