Bone & Muscle problems

Since I had covid 7 month ago which was minor and I was in home isolation ( no streroid) only simple medicine I took.. After that I suffered body ache since I can say that 60-70℅ pain gone but it is still there.. I became used to this pain... But since two days my body ache has increase and most important is that my leg pain is severe from two days ( below knee) it's like twisting...i heard on google that it is fibromyalgia and it can not be treated... What should I do? I am doing exercise since 6 month and walking also but not full recover... Every time full body pain happens.. Suggest me what should I do? Should I prefer homeopathic treatment or ayurvedic? Or I have to suffer whole life? I am just 23yrs old.. Before covid I was fully fit

Is it okay to take Neurobion Forte tab for vitamin B supplement for 3-4 months continuously? Or does it have any side effects?

Hi Sir/Maam. I had a patella dislocation while playing basketball a month ago and The Doc did conservative treatment and requires me to do follow up after 3 weeks.  I also have Knocked knees. My question is that is it true that Knocked knees can increase risk of redislocation ? What can I do to minimize the risk of another dislocation? Am starting physical Therapy from tomorrow and the fear of redislocation is affecting me a lot psychologically.

Hello Doctor, I am suffering from severe neck pain from past couple of months followed by severe head pain,  chakkar,  extreme hunger,  feels like vomiting, entire body vibration,  vibration in brain hand and legs...Done xray for cervical but it shows muscle spasm... Unable to sleep because of this pain... Whenever neck pain triggers my entire brain and body vibrates...What test should i go for to rule out any serious issue... I am non diabetic, occasionally smoker, Age 38 years, Works on computer or mobile most of the time... Tried neck exercises but didnt get any relief...Suggest me what test needs to be done
