Bone & Muscle problems

Hi kindly see the attached picture to view the swelling in my clavicle only one side. There is no pain on this particular area or redness or any fever. M normal. I noticed it a month ago and did xray which is again attached. Let me know if I should further investigate it. Sometimes my shoulder also has pain which is dull and seems like posture pain. Is it because of bad posture. No pain No fever No one else noticed it I only noticed. It is quite bony and swollen.

From past few months I have pain in left arm pit, shoulder blade and front side muscles. Had conculted orthopaedic and neurology doctor. But after taking medicine get relief from pain. But again pain started. Arm movement is normal, but when in sitting condition feel Like shivering or something is pressing the shoulder. Also feel swelling in shoulder blade.

Hi doctors, I have been experiencing a sharp pain in upper back when I bow my neck down. I had the pain in 2018 but I got relief after I started gym. Now I'm not going to gym. I only play badminton. What can I do? Thanks in advance

My mother is having pain in right thumb and wrist sometimes but now her full right arm is in pain until shoulder. Earlier pain was in both thighs with back pain.Now taking Accupressure so relaxed with back pain, But after 01 month of accupressure, Still severe pain in Back of right thigh.Can we go for surgery now for the muscle pain in thigh, As he is not able to walk properly since long, What should be the action now??
