I had a spiral fracture in my left ankle before 37 days. I had a cast on for 30 days, the cast is removed now but doc says it will take 2-3 months to recover fully. Im
Putting a crepe bandage most n taking calcium, is it enough? Seeking advice on recovery n aftercare. Will i be able to walk after 2-3 months? The swelling n pain us going away gradually but its very stiff. Please advice.

Yes the swelling and stiffness will go off gradually. Doing exercise is important. Limb elevation you can continue.
