Bone & Muscle problems

I am experiencing lower back pain since the last 4-5 days. The pain comes a day goes. It isnt there when I'm standing or walking but the moment I sit for a while it comes back. What could be the reason? I usually work on my laptop throughout the day and exercise in the evenings. How can I get rid of this?

Greetings doctor I am 45 yrs old female (weight 66kgs & height 5.2ft) I am a house wife and past few years I have pain in my knees and especially I find difficult to climb steps, standing for more than 5 mins. I visited a orthopaedic surgery nearby and made a X ray(attached) he said that I have initial stage of patello femoral arthritis and there is no specific treatment as such I am doing little physio and if you could help people me regarding the same about do's and don'ts in routine life. Thanks in advance.

Due to dryness eyes, diagnosed on 04Oct Soft visc ointment subscribed but in Aurangabad MH is not available.

Hello Dr., My mummy is 83 years old. Her weight is 62kgs.She has arthrtis, but lately she is experiencing leg burning from inside. Touching her thighs or knee or calf regions give her burning. She says it burns as if the legs are bruised from inside. Walking pains. She's on ayurvedic pain killers and CCM. Also she gets rashes now n then and her face swells at times for which she takes citrizine as prescribed. Please advice. Thanks.

Will hip fracture always lead to hip joint arthritis and further hip joint replacement surgery? For how many years the new hip joint replaced will be useful if the surgery is done at the age of 41? I had an accident in 2005 & in 2021, I was informed that I suffer from hip joint arthritis due to that hip fracture of 2005.

I got my knee MRI done due to experiencing pain in the inner side of my left knee. I had dislocated it 9 months back. The report says - Patella Alta Low grade Injury of medail patello femoral ligament near it's femoral attachment Grade II signal in posterior horn of medial meniscus not reaching articular surface, suggestive of mild mucoid degeneration. Can someone tell me if this is severe or can be treated with medicines and exercise. I don't want to go through surgery.
