My uncle had fracture 3 years ago but still it's paining one doctor said operation was successful other says we need to remove plates that were inserted.
See the attached x-ray. Do we really need to go for operation or physiotherapy can heal this?
Their condition financially not good. Please suggest.

The operation done was for fracture but your uncle seems to have developed osteoarthritis which would be the cause of pain.
You can go ahead and remove the plate but that will not reduce the pain.
