Increasing pain in right knee since 2 years. limited mobility and considerable bend of lower leg inward. no systemetic illness but obese.  base line blood tests are almost normal. MRI report is attached. what are the best available treatment options ?

Pulled a bucket of water in the bathroom a few months ago. Having pain in wrist sometimes. After heating pain decreases. Doctor advised hot band.

I m facing bottom of the foot pain in cold weather... Cold weather trigger this problem... Is it treatable? What should i do for this? Thank you

Hi, I hve joints pain from past 3 days. Pain keeps fluctuating. No fever, cough or cold. Shoulders, elbow, knee etc. When I walk I feel my bones have become stiff. I visited a physician he has prescribed anti biotics + inflammation tablet yesterday. He also suggested to get tested for Dengue after 3 days if pain is still there. I got tested for Platelets on same consultation day. Results - 3.6L platelets. But pain has increased now. It comes & goes in every joints. I have history of Vitamin D deficiency earlier. Is my Vitamin D low? Should I start taking Vitamin D tablets? I am vaccinated + no history of COVID infection.

Hi one of my clavicle in the middle very close to sternum looks sticcking out like it has swelling However x ray came out normal I dont have any pain or fever or redness This has been there for months No one noticed it I found this out one day randomly. Xray attached I generally slouch Is this because of my posture Also this side of clavicle once had a boil when I was a kid.

Hi, I had an itching near tailbone area a month back and I scratched it and it bleeded a bit. After few days that tailbone area started paining.  I couldn't sit properly and thought it was normal tailbone pain due to long sittings. But whenever I sit without donut cushion, it starts bleeding. Can anyone suggest any remedy?
