I dislocated my index finger from PIP joint 2 months back. Now I m doing warm water formentation 3-4 times a day and I see grater degree of mobilization in my finger but swelling is still there and not decreasing very much. Is there anything I can do to reduce swelling???

I feel like numbness on right leg is it normal for sitting too long on chair or any other medical conditions no swelling just little pain and numbness any tips pliz help and i am showing pics

I sat on floor for around 2-3 hours twice within a gap of 1 week. When is sat on floor I was having lower back pain. I was around a month back. After that I'm regularly having lower back pain sometimes mild sometimes bit acute. When I do rest or sleep during night it doesn't accur but during the day it aggravate. I have done vitamin d and vitamin b12 test as well. Vitamin d is 10 and vitamin b12 is 229. I have taken medicine as well it's still there.

I had been roughly diagnosed with having plantar Fasciitis - both legs - since 2019. Past 1 year I haven't been able to do much walking due to constant corns and callouses on both feet. I'm 24 years old, I was diagnosed 7 months back and now my pain is increasing it reached my shoulder joins and my sternum joints and my knees are also affected.
