Bone & Muscle problems

I play football regularly and recently 1-2 weeks back I got bruised on my left leg and there was bluish and reddish neel or bruises with slight swelling now today I saw it so I realised the bruised area has completely vanished but the swelling is still there . It's not visible but when I touch both the legs I can feel it plus I didn't stop playing so I am not having any pain or discomfort too. But I am worried .

July 2021 , while sneezing I got a severe pain below leg area and lower back, then went to doctor they said after scans , disc gap L4 L5 reduced lower back. Traction weights were put and asked for light exercise till December.  I am only walking I am getting these nerve pain raining down my hip to lips at uneven times , sometimes mornings and evenings , I can feel more on rest and sleep time.  Doctors here told me not to bend, sit on floor , avoid lifting heavy.What must I do , I wanted to do light jumping exercises, take steps for weight loss, can I do ? IM confused ? what exercises to do and secondly will this pain go on its own.

Is my x ray normal? Cause the doctor said it is better for me to not play any running sports. My height is bigger 6.1 feet, he said it is normal in the persons whose height are bigger there small gap in knee and it will be better for me to play running sports again

Hi, From yesterday suddenly I am unable to get up from bed and stand straight my backbone or the muscles around it when trying to stand straight in specific positions hurt so extremely as if someone gave me a electric shock. So entire day I have been lying on bed. Unfortunately due to the pain even not able to visit a doctor.

My mother feels pain in left knee while walking. Xray showed that space between bones has reduced. Can someone please suggest good knee braces for her. Thanks

Thigh pain low intensity and discomfort from last one month. It is upper thigh, sometimes above knee also. Much more pain while climbing down stairs. What to do? I am worried. Please mention preliminary scans and and tests to do. Is this something serious. Problem on left side only.
