Osteoarthritis Grade 1
I have been diagnosed with Osteoarthritis Grade 1. I have been having pain in my knees since last 10 days. The pain is persisting when I am at rest also. Even 5 minutes walking worsens it. Is it normal or the pain is caused by something else. Kindly help.

Osteoarthritis means inflammation of the joint. So pain is due to that. It will settle with medications in a week or so. Take glucosamines, anti inflammatory medications. Avoid squatting and stairs for some time
