Hello pain in my breast fat muscle and right arm shoulder since 4 days , there is no breast lump , no discharge, no rashed skin ,,,

Mostly it is ur neck that’s giving u radiating pain , so get ur self checked from a doctor and till then take some painkillers for it to subside
