Back pain in waist
I am having back pain at waist and the pain keep moving from waist to buttock sometimes. I have shown a medicine doctor, he told to do rest and have given a single medicine for 5 days. But the pain is not going away. Though he told me that's it muscle spasm. But still it's paining a lot. Please suggest me what to do. Do I visit a orthopaedic .

Yes visiting orthopedic could solve your problem. Also do take vitamin d and b12 tests and see if they are low or borderline , get injections for them and your pains and aches will heal in a week. You can take myoril 4mg at 5 pm for 3 days and dolo 650 twice a day after food for 3 days. Use heat packs and apply diclo gels. If not improving in 3 days do consult, get xray.
