  4. Lower back pain. L5 what does it mean?

Feeling lower back pain during forward bending for last one month  visited a local doctor and he gave me the medicines like neurokind lc , lumia 60k and tolagin 4. Also a Xray of L/S spine ap and lateral..I have done the xray and report says mild indentation of lower end plate of l4 and l5 What does it mean?? Iam attaching my x ray report... Kindly suggest me some medicine.

It means normal shape of lower end plate is little distorted
