Hello Doctor, I am from Hyderabad and came to know from MRI report that there are tears in my left knee at medial,lateral meniscus and ACL. Here, is the impression comments given in my MRI report:- 1. Oblique tear in posterior horn of medial Meniscus 2. Grade II horizontal tear in posterior horn of lateral meniscus 3. ACL appears bulky with intrasubstance hyperintensities, full thickness mid substance tear, retraction of torn ends and mild laxity of PCL. I am having 40 years. I approached 2 orthopedic doctors, the first doctor suggested to undergo arthroscopy surgery for ACL and both Meniscus repairs. But, second doctor said that surgery is required for Meniscus (either suture or clean of tear part) as my lifestyle is related to IT software activities and normal life style. Attached MRI report for your reference. Can these meniscus tears will heal themselves with out surgery? Please provide your suggestion on next steps.

Lower back pain with disc bulge . Currently consulting physiotherapist and still the remain same.

Had viral fever on July 1st. I fell from my bed the next day and had staples put on my head to stop bleeding. Also, had a CT scan, urine test and blood test. Everything was okay. I've been suffering from the after-effects. Have difficulty walking, pain on my ankles/soles, arch and swelling of feet. I've to take my flight overseas soon. Not sure whether it would be possible. Have shoulder pain and arm pain too. Had another complete blood test on the advice of my Infectious Disease doctor. Nothing abnormal found. But she prescribed Vit.B12 and Calcium capsule everyday and once a week Vit. D capsule since Aug.25th. Have high BP but it is under control as I'm taking my medications for several years. I'm now taking Homeopathy medications Ague NIl, Spondin and Echinacea Angustifolia from yesterday. Have already seen 6 doctors! I used to take painkillers but now I stopped out of fear. I also had difficulty dressing up as I could not stretch my arms and also my palms were swollen.

Is the use of bean bags good for the back/posture? Are the long term effects of bean bags positive or negative?

My mother is having pain in and around the heel .she is not able to walk properly .is there any medication for curing the pain.

I feel pain while running towards the right side of patella of my right knee. I referred columbia asia and I was told that it requires physiotherapy. Following phsiotherapy for last 2 months. There is improvement but still problem not solved. Myfriend suffering from same problem has been prescribed nervijen d and gemcal plus tablets for 2 months by sahyadri hospital. What should I do?
