Pain in left knee
She has been having the pain in her left knee from couple of months. I have been consulting with couple of doctors. Either they provide pain killer or advise knee transplant. I just want to know that what is the success ratio of knee transplant and if any other solution available in medical science to cure this?

Hi, I guess you are talking about knee replacement. Total Knee Replacement has got good results when done by an expert in a good hospital. Recent prostheses have good life of nearly 15 years and give good functional outcome. If she is suffering from pain that is not relieved with Physio or lifestyle changes, then she can undergo knee replacement.
