Bone & Muscle problems

I have a sever back pain. near upper and lower joint so can amyone recommend me pain relief or some gel to apply on it.

Severe pain on the right side of the rib as well as the corresponding side behind. And sometimes pain in the stomach due to gastric. She is using the following medicines for back pain 1.Stargem 2. Pansalve 3. Jainace TH 4. D-Shine(weekly once) 5. Tremedol injuction

I have severe lower back pain since one month. I had been taking the medicine prescribed by my orthopaedic and then my pain was relieved week. But yesterday I bent down to pick something up and then suddenly got up then I felt sudden sprain in my lower back. I used Volini Spray and Moov Ointment but did not got much relief. Now i am not even being able to get up to visit my doctor. Please prescribe me any pain killer or any best and effective ointment which can relieve my pain for atleast a while so that I can visit to consult the doctor. Please consult me as soon as possible I am in very severe pain. Thanks A Lot.
