Are there any good exercises and diet to improve the strength of my osteopenic hip? Is osteopenia reversible? Will it progress to Osteoporosis?

Osteopenia can be improved to some extent. You need to take drugs that inhibit further progression of osteopenia. Calcium, some other minerals and Vitamin D supplementation help in strengthening the bone.
