Bone & Muscle problems

I get severe pain in the knee at nights. The pain is there since 3 years. Since 10 days even during the day the pain has started. The don't stand whole day but rather than work on system in seating position for 8 hours. But still the pain is only in the portion of the knee and not even on the muscle of legs. Just the knee portion pains like hell.

Knee pain started very recently, my father is lightly limping-Should we consult a General Physician/A Orthopaedist? Pl suggest

Having pain on left side of my back shoulder beside backbone, due to this i feel pain at heart side whenever i get pain back side i feel some pain near heart. I twisted my knee 2 months back while playing football. After few sessions with the orthopaedic, he said ive torn my ACL and suggested for a surgery. I can walk but whenever I use the stairs it pains. I can't put a lot of weight on my knee as well. It tends to give way and feels very unstable. Will physiotherapy be helpful? Considering that I would return to usual sports activities. If yes, How much time can it take to heal completely? Please reply as soon as possible. Thank you.

Lower back pain. Started from right side of the hip joint. Now started pain on left hip joint to the left thigh. Unable to walk, sit n sleep properly. Tested B27 positive in my blood report.
