Bone & Muscle problems

There is a cyst at the back area of the right knee. Its there from the last >1year. It has started giving my husband a lot of unbearable pain. He is currently taking ceramint medicine as suggested by a doctor. He took physiotherapy but it did not help him much. Currently he is not advised to put any strain on his knee like riding bikes, playing, walking too much etc. Please suggest a permanent solution for this.

My husband got muscle tear near arm pit during weight lifting on 14/8. He is using ice packs and hot bags to cure it but it seems as if the torn muscle is not cured and collected near chest area. Is there any need of surgery? Is surgery necessary?

I met with an accident one week back and got hurt in left leg thumb, knee and left hand. From last 3-4 days, the moment I walk my leg starts swelling specially near the ankles. Doctor has advised me to put pillow beneath my foot while sleeping. It's actually very helpful and by morning there is no swelling. But the moment i walk, it starts again. What to do?

I am having ankle pain from past 4-5 months. It is there when i walk. goes away when i rest and comes back with walking. Pain is at the back of ankle and goes sideways from back if i exert more . it can be felt only in left ankle. Wearing loose shoes can be a reason? Should i wear sleeper's all the time? What can be the reason of pain? Did physiotherapy for a month but pain is still there. Now it has become difficult to walk. Please help..

I had a bad fight with someone and now my hip girdle is paining badly .Please help I am not able to sit it is very paining to even sit .
