In my opinion you need to check her range of motion if they are deranged then it might be because of frozen shoulder...in this physiotherapy sessions are required and u need to check wether she is diabetic or not becoz in diabetic patients frozen shoulder heals very slow...chances of reouccurance are more... in physiotherapy you need to do tens / ultrasonic therapy / hot pack & LASER get well soon take care
Hello hello it might be problems related to her work which she will be doing at home.. first thing I would you require little more history about the pain how exactly it started and to what extent is hampering her.. so better Nithin orthopedician and get examined... Physiotherapy may be required to relieve the pain and give better movements.. you can use hot bag around the region for pain relief

There can be a number of reasons which can cause shoulder pain. A detailed examination of the shoulder joint is essential for diagnosis.
I strongly advise you to seek professional help.
