Bone & Muscle problems

She has been suffering a lot due to joint pain in knee, she walks very lil and then wants to seat, basically all gels between knees have dried... Hence, suffering going up... At this age I also don't prefer to go for knee replacement, as it's recovery time is huge... Her body weight is also high than height... Pls advice, how can we take this forward? Also, give best advice... What to do? Which doctor or clinic should I go in Mumbai or Navi Mumbai

My right knee isnlaining since there weeks..I under went treatment and found that there is small tear in the ACL..It is panining a lot now..could you suggest what would be the solution to get out of pain

Suffering from low back pain from 1 Week. Slowly getting pain on thigh and knee from 2days. Unable to sit. And drive two wheeler.

This problem has been with me for years without proper diagnosis. I have tested negative for thyroid, rheumatoid arthritis etc. I once tested for vit D deficiency and had treatment but it didn't work. Every morning when I wake up I've joint and muscle pain. I feel tired. I don't remember the last time I felt fresh. I'm always tired. Sometimes the fatigue is more sometimes it is less. But it's always there. This is affecting my life. Please help.

Right hand muscle growth problem. Left hand muscle growth is fine but right hand muscle is having some problem.

My mother is suffering from severe knee pain, consulted many doctors but could not find the exact reason for pain some say she has arthritis, some say synovial fluid is finished, some say that bones have become dry due to lack of synovial fluid, she had symptoms like pain in knee and below that and swelling in knee joint & ankle joint due to pain , she is not able to walk more than 10 minutes, she need to sit after every 10 minutes, seeing her symptoms i studied on net that she is suffering from bone marrow edema , osteoarthritis. Please tell me is it so? Am I right? If it is so please suggest me what is the treatment for this, if synovial fluid is less or no then how it can be made ? One thing more I want to tell we belong to middle class family we do not have much money to spend on , my parents have spend all money in making their children educated for which I m today able to write to you, so also please suggest me the best othropaedist where I can get my mother treated.

Hello, Few years back i was having lower back pain on my right side. I think it came due to improper lifting or pushing a heavy object. I felt pain after walking long distances and for few minutes in bed. Pain was there for few years. I started physiotherapy for it. It was there after i did physio exercises. Then after i left physio in few months it went away. Now it has completely gone. I can walk long distances with no pain and i cant feel any pain in lower back. Was it a muscle spasm or something else? I never went to any doctor as the pain was always mild. Can i continue gymming exercises?? I am not doing lower back exercises from some time. Should i do those exercises regularly. Please suggest..
