I'm 22 yrs old healthy girl. Height 5 weight 55kg. I'm suffering from knee pain since two months. Knee feels locked up and I'm unable to move my legs quickly and find very difficult to squat, walk much and get up after sitting. How to make my knee strong and get back my strength?
