Plantar fasctits
Suffering from mild plantar fascitis with no heel spur from last three months but no relief.Have tried every treatment from ultrasound to massaging and water thearphy but the pain has not subsidies.How long will it take to resolve completely.

Hello....... No single treatment works best for everyone with plantar fasciitis. Give your feet a rest. Cut back on activities that make your foot hurt.Do toe stretches , calf stretches several times a day, Get a new pair of shoes. Pick shoes with good arch support and a cushioned sole. If pain perisits for 6 months to one year after all treatment, doctor will go for surgery.
