Bone & Muscle problems

My age is 28 and my joint of leg and fingures are paining from last 5 days. i am diagnosed with alopecia areata and thyroid. which doctor i should consult.

I not quiet sure what category this comes under, but I been having entire body pain and I feel weak and tired all the time and if I do any kind of work I feel exhausted.  My muscles feel weak. My teeth hurt some times and I keep getting muscle pull on my right leg . When I lie down on the bed to sleep at night I some time have this numbness in both my legs and have to move them get the sensation back sometimes. I don't have any medical history of any kind. Could you please tell me why should I do .

I have been suffering from this pain since January,2017 and visited ortho doctor. He said it is muscular pain and gave medications but to no anvail.Further I did physiotherapy also but again 20-25 days I started paining. I am still suffering from the pain. Please suggest me the treatment which I should take to get relief from it.

My vitamin d level is 34.5 and I am getting pain in neck and back..Does this level of vitamin d is sufficient ? Or it should be increased ?, If yes how to get it increased ?

I suffer severe headache and fever and then i cannot move may lower body. I find difficulty in standing and walking. I cannot stand all by my self i need one to accompany me.

I have undergone tendon repair surgery of my right hand 2 weeks back involving 2 fingers(Ring finger and little finger) zone 2. Now, looking for occupational therapist wjo can help me to retain the mobility and my daily activities as suggested by my surgeon.

Pain in right leg at femoral neck and fibula  region since last four days. Unable to walk without support. No injury has taken place.

I've been having pain in the leg joints for the past six months. By taking sidhdha medicines, pain got reduced slowly.. But pain has started in the joints of the hands.

I visited all types of top Doctors such as orthopaedic , chiropractor, Ayurvedic, physiotherapist..I m doing exercise regularly but pain is not going.. pain is there in my lower back whixg flows to my leg.. i cannot sit and stand for 5 mins at same position .. Please suggest

Hi I have been suffering from neck pain for long. Since past year I have faced issues of minor headaches throughout the day. It is mostly at one side of the face. Also, recently I have started experiencing irritations in my jaw, mostly right. Plus, also sometimes minor irritating pain behind the ear. I have been reading about it on internet. I discovered that it can be temporo mandibular joint, or TMJ disorder. Am I on right track. What should I do to get rid of it Thank You
