Bone & Muscle problems

I had sustained an ankle injury on 6th Mar. I had a swollen ankle and I used the following treatments since then:- 1. Volini spray - 4 times a day 2. Hot water with salt - twice daily 3. Crack bandage - all day 4. Elevated foot - all day 5. Ibrufen - once a day Now, since Monday I have a blue patch on my foot below the ankle area. This patch doesn't hurt but looks like blood clotting perhaps. I would like to know the treatment for this.

After I woke up in the morning I am feeling far posterior hip pain, with minor posterior hip pain as well. what shall I do to get immediate relief.

I have knee back pain severe cant fold my leg if I fold then I can't straight my leg severe pain is there from knee to back side of thigh.

Suffering from lower back pain, disc degeneration L4-L5, L5-S1. compression of nerve. Recently done blood test HLAB27, ANKYLOSING SPONDYLITIS detected.

My mom is suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis, and she is been prescribed to tk life long medication to prevent further deformation.One of the Tab she is taking is WYSOLONE 10 twice a day. However, my near frends are saying continuous intake of this tab is not gud and other medicines might not work in future. Can you pls let me know is that a real fact. Current tab WYSOLONE 10 Twice aft meal SAAZ 500 Twice aft meal LEFTNA 10 Twice aft meal

Hi, My mom has problems in her lower back, arthritis in her knee, etc but she stays in Mumbai and I have all the required reports with me in Bangalore. Can you assist in the treatment by looking at the reports? It's not possible for her to visit Bangalore.

My cpk level is 328 u/L. There is fatigue when I walk or climb stairs but is manageable. It is like pain in my right knee. There is absence of chest muscle below throat. My father also has cpk 298u/L. He has shoulder pain since many years. Reference level is 298u/L.
