Ankle joint pain
I have got pain in my ankle joint. first my right ankle had pain and now both of my ankle joint started paining. i have a history of low vitamin d almost 3 months back.

Physiotherapy treatment and calf stretching exercises. Tk vit d if still low. Avoid long standing.

It can be because if many reasons like increased uric acid level /vid D deficiency or any kidney problem(sometimes). You need complete assessment, diagnosis and treatment.

There could be no of reasons for ankle pains, beside vit. D deficiency, over weight body could be other reason.

I would suggest that you get your vitamin D and uric acid tested again. Since both your ankles are paining, it is more likely to be a systemic cause rather than an alignment problem in the ankle. Revert back with investigations.
