Bone & Muscle problems

I am 24 years old and have been having severe knee pain while bending. Sometimes all of a sudden pain increases while rest of the time its a discomfort. Initially it was only for left knee however, off lately even right knee has started paining.

Hi I m having lower back pain which radiates towards legs and even I get up from sleep I m having more pain and hav increase in pain when I sit down crossing my legs What could be the diagnosis??

An inner sound from each of the knees came while getting down from the train and resulting severe pain and swelling for the last six months.

I want to ask you about my mumma's left hand pain,she is 50year old approximately,She is mild diabetic,she was taking amryl 2mg tablet now stoped this....Mumma's also have trauma history...she had accident in last year oct. mild brain truama in the area of left eye n left side forehead...she had treatment for this trauma...since left hand pain emerging from this incident please suggest me what is appropriate treatment for this kind of problem Thanks

August 2016 - Sprained my left knee in a trek 6 months ago, got treated through - antibiotics, anti-inflammatory meds and hot packs for 15 days. Doctor had said if problem got worse, would need an MRI. It didn't. March 2016 - Started to feel slight discomfort in the left knee - felt like it wasn't aligned properly. Felt there was a slight clicking (no sound) while walking. Got MRI done. Here's what it says:- "Minimal joint effusion. Grade I intrasubstance degenerative changes in the posterior horn of the medial meniscus extending into the menisco-capsular attachment withough obvious communicating tear. Grade I intrasubstance strain in the ACL." Please suggest what I should do now. Have been wearing a knee cap for the past couple of weeks.

I have back pain(lower back) the pain reaches to my legs as well and has twiching effect on my ankles.
