Bone & Muscle problems

Since last month I suffering back pain, waist pain.  On March 2016 According Sonography report my Urinary bladder wall is mildly thickened with 25 ml post void residual urine. My Prostate was enlarged in size. Measures = 4.4cmX3.2cmX5.1cm. Volume= 38.7 cm3. I advised a Urologist and take medicine SILOFAST =8mg one tab daily.  6 month continue taken. Now I have no problem in this way. Only back pain and waste pain is problem now.

I fell on left arm on Saturday and after one hour pain started, first day i felt much pain including left arm along with the neck area. After putting ice from next day, started feeling better. There was no problem in movement and swelling was there, but not that severe. Now, the pain is reduced but still finding difficulty to raise hand and I can feel clear subtle pain in the arm joint. Is anything to worry, or shall I wait for some more time to consult any ortho expert ? Kindly advise.

My sleeping bed is not proper from past 1 week iam getting pain below my breast left and right suggest me what to do. ?

63 age lady. Knee pain is major concern.joint pains alot. Hard to get up after sitting down. While walking it's fine.

Pain in Backside of the Left Knee / Hamstring. Sometime spread up the pain over total portion of the Knee, Cup Muscle and Thai. Hard to walk. Pain increases after sitting for sometime.

I have undergone a ACL surgery for my right leg last year . have some muscle weakning of my leg. So need physiotherapy for the same

Low back pain. Mri shows L345dosc bulge since two years. Recently got anterior knee pain with swelling. Mri knee shows subluxation of patella. And chondromalacia patella and posterior horn of the medial meniscus degeneration.. Iam using glucosaminoglycan tablets. Iam doing some stretches under physiotherapist guidance . But they are aggravating my pains and it's difficult to walk and sit even.. Some times can't sleep due to pain. And my weight Is 95kgs. What should I do now?? Should I do physiotherapy or not.. Some acupuncture practitioner told don't do physiotherapy.. What should I do now sir or mam Pls reply

Pain in Left leg from main joint to foot.in exray found L5 SPINE S1 Level gap and also S1 is slip to back so disc is touched to vense and so start paining
