Whenever you fall on buttocks you can have injury to your tailbone depending upon severity of fall It can give rise to coccygeal pain which increases on sitting on hard surfaces
Next Steps
Get yourself examined from an Orthopedic surgeon if pain is persistent He may advise you Xray for pelvis and sacrum which can rule out any major fracture
Health Tips
Sit on soft surfaces You can use softer pillow to sit
