Bone & Muscle problems

I've been having pain in my left knee at a specific place for quite sometime now. When I keep my knees bended for a long time and then straighten it, it pains a lot. The pain is at towards the left of the left knee. Other times, while straightening my leg, I do experience a slight pain which is bearable. P.S. I walk everyday for a kilometer or so.

Hi, I recently met with an accident and suffered fracture in right ankle and left wrist. Right ankle was stabilized with 6 hole 1/3rd tubular lcp plate and screw and two cancellous screw and washer. Left wrist stabilized with 3 hole DVR plate (Zimmer). Had my surgery beginning of April. Is it advised to remove the implants or to keep them. Please suggest your recommendations. Thanks

I am experiencing back pain at the lower part of spinal chord & X-ray says that I have 1- Narrowing of bilateral sacroiliac joint spaces with adjacent articular marginal scleroses s/o bilateral sacro-iliitis 2- Disc spaces reduction is suspected between L5& S1 segments. 3- Straightening of lumber lordosis. Please advice acoordingly. What is this marginal scleroses..? Is it something serious..? Incurable..?

I had gone with an surgery which is of meniscus tear in the year may 24 of 2016 now from the last 3 days the same leg is little paining so is this pain can be reduced by doing the physiotherapy exercises which is prescribed by the orthopedic surgeon who had done my surgery Note - my weight is increased from the last few months now my weight is about 110 kgs I hope that if I reduce the weight pain will be reduced

I have been having back pain and not able to walk for long time. numbness on left leg if I sit for some time. Consulted a doctor and he says it is osteoporosis on back.

I have a torn ACL and meniscus, and it was the result from being kicked in a downward motion from their heal. my question is, is this possible to get from being kicked as such, if so is there anyway I could get a letter stating that it is possible.

Doctor told it is level one AVN and she prefer to surgery at MIOT. Please let me know the procedure of treatment. How long it takes to vecome normal? What is the treatment including surgery cost at MIOT.

I have been suffering from severe bach ache since months .I am not able to stand or sit for so long like before.I had given delivery by C section.Is that the reason. What should i do now ? Please suggest
