Left ankle has swollen past many days have got X ray done but no crack is there. the swelling isnt going and it pains.

I am having pain frequently in my hip muscle. Once in a week type. Find difficulty to walk. 7 months back had viral fever with severe join pains after that same kind of pain appears in my hip muscle.

I have severe leg churning in both legs and can't even walk. What is the remedy for this. It is just started now and I feel my body is weak now.

My 8 years child is having Skin blackness problem at joint regions like Neck , Under shoulders, Lbows. Need some cosultation

X Ray report doesn't say anything. So doctors said it is a ligament tear and you will have to rest for 3 weeks I have taken complete bed rest of 1.5 weeks but I have to join office from Monday. So can I go walk a little bit now and go to office as my pain and swelling has been reduced substantially. Should I get a plaster done and then go to office or can I tie a crepe bandage and can go to office? Please help me with your suggestion.
